Canonical discriminant analysis

I am under way to complete my paper devoted to role of some haemothological and biochemical indices of blood in discrimination among different pig breeds. The paper is prepared to be sent to in Genetics journal. I will put the kitchen how to organize such analysis through R environment soon.
